Former KEPCO commercial billing auditor. Reviews every monthly report before delivery and leads executive briefing sessions.
Our office · Jeju-ro
Ridgepath Analytics began when two former utility billing auditors noticed that facility managers on Jeju were paying for generic software dashboards they never opened. We built a practice around the opposite approach: visit the meters, reconcile the bills, then produce charts that answer the questions managers actually ask in monthly operations meetings.
Registered business
Official registered name: Ridgepath Analytics Co., Ltd.
Established: 2016
Ridgepath Analytics Co., Ltd. was registered in Jeju City in 2016 by Shin Areum and Jae-won Han, both of whom had spent the prior decade reconciling commercial utility accounts for hotels and municipal buildings across Jeju Province. The firm's first engagements were three hotel properties in Seogwipo that needed tenant energy allocation after a wing renovation left sub-meter labels inconsistent.
By 2019 the practice expanded to mainland Korea with remote report preparation from Jeju and periodic site visits to Seoul and Busan clients. We deliberately remain a reporting bureau — we employ analysts and field readers, not software developers — and every deliverable is a document prepared by a named person who can be reached by phone.
Today we serve 38 active commercial sites, primarily hotels, medical clinics, and mixed-use retail blocks. Our Jeju office on Jeju-ro houses the chart preparation studio, archive of prior reports, and the brass-dial reference instruments that inspired our visual identity — reminders that measurement precedes interpretation.
