These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at system-ridgepath.click and your engagement with reporting services provided by Ridgepath Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Ridgepath Analytics," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or accepting a service quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services covered

Ridgepath Analytics provides professional energy consumption reporting services for facility managers, including monthly facility energy reports, quarterly benchmark reviews, meter audits, and executive briefing sessions. Deliverables are documents and charts prepared by our analysts. We do not sell software subscriptions, real-time monitoring access, or payment processing through this website.

2. Quotes and acceptance

Service scope and fees are defined in a written quote sent by email after you submit an enquiry. Work begins only after you confirm acceptance in writing and, where applicable, pay the required deposit. Quotes expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to meter rooms, utility invoices, floor plans, and relevant lease or allocation rules. Delays caused by inaccessible meters, missing documents, or unavailable escorts may shift delivery dates and may incur additional visit fees.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered reports and charts for internal operations, tenant billing, ownership reporting, and contract negotiations related to your facility. We retain copyright in our report templates, chart styles, and methodology descriptions. You may not resell our reports or present them as your own authored work without written permission.

We may anonymise chart excerpts for sample galleries or marketing with your consent.

5. Accuracy and limitations

Reports are prepared from meter readings and utility records available at the time of preparation. We describe gaps explicitly when reads are missed or records incomplete. Our reports are informational documents for facility management; they are not legal advice, engineering certifications, or guarantees of future consumption levels.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Republic of Korea, our total liability for any claim arising from a reporting engagement is limited to the fees paid for the specific report cycle giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or tenant disputes, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

7. Confidentiality

We treat client consumption data, floor plans, and tenant allocation rules as confidential. We do not share identifiable client data with third parties except as required by law or with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations (for example, secure file delivery services).

8. Website use

You may browse this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt site operation, scrape content for republication, or misrepresent your affiliation with Ridgepath Analytics.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jeju City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes to active engagements will be communicated by email where practicable.
