Rates for energy reporting engagements
All prices are in Korean won and exclude VAT unless stated. We quote fixed fees before work begins — no hourly billing surprises on standard report cycles.

Monthly report quote factors: Final price depends on meter count, gross floor area, whether tenant allocation tables are required, and travel distance from Jeju City. A typical 8-meter hotel on Jeju Island falls near the starting rate; a 24-meter mixed-use block with three tenant splits is usually ₩1,280,000–₩1,550,000 per month.

Payment terms
Monthly reports are invoiced on delivery; payment due within 14 days by bank transfer. One-time engagements (audits, benchmark reviews) require a 40% deposit to schedule field work, with the balance due on delivery. We do not process card payments on this website — invoicing details are provided after quote acceptance.
Multi-site arrangements
Clients with three or more buildings under the same ownership may qualify for a consolidated annual agreement with a single monthly invoice and a 8% fee reduction. Contact us with your portfolio list for a tailored quote.
