When to commission this

Before starting monthly reporting on a building that has never been formally mapped, after a renovation that added or moved sub-meters, or when tenant disputes suggest allocation errors.

What we do on site

  • Photograph and record every meter serial number and panel location
  • Trace circuits where labels are missing or contradictory
  • Cross-reference findings against floor plans you provide
  • Produce a meter register spreadsheet and a labelled site map
  • Establish a baseline consumption month with reconciled totals

Output

A Meter Register document (PDF + spreadsheet) becomes the reference for all future Ridgepath reports on that site. If you later engage us for monthly reporting, the first month is partially credited against this audit fee.

Access requirements

Electrical room keys, escort for roof plant areas, and a contact who knows recent renovation history. Work is scheduled during normal business hours unless after-hours access is arranged in advance.
