Who this report is for

Commercial facility managers responsible for a single building or small campus — hotels, medical clinics, mixed-use retail blocks, and municipal facilities — who need a defensible monthly record of electricity consumption for budget reviews, tenant chargebacks, or ownership reporting.

What you receive

Each cycle produces a bound PDF report (typically 18–32 pages depending on meter count) plus a separate chart appendix formatted for insertion into board presentations. Contents include:

  • Reconciled consumption ledger against the utility supplier invoice
  • Hourly and daily load curves with annotated equipment events
  • Peak demand timeline with demand-charge exposure calculation
  • Sub-meter allocation tables when your lease requires tenant splits
  • Written analyst notes flagging anomalies, suggested physical checks, and comparison to the prior three months

What is included

  • One on-site meter reading visit per month (or remote read where AMI data is verified)
  • Utility bill retrieval and cross-check against meter totals
  • Chart preparation and narrative annotations
  • One round of clarification questions answered by email within 48 hours of delivery

What is excluded

  • HVAC repair, electrical work, or equipment replacement
  • Real-time monitoring hardware installation
  • Legal dispute representation or expert witness services
  • Same-day rush delivery (available as a separate add-on at 30% surcharge)

Provider

Prepared by Ridgepath Analytics reporting analysts under review of a senior analyst with at least five years of commercial metering experience. Field reads are conducted by trained meter readers familiar with Korean Electrical Safety Corporation labelling conventions.

Preparation on your side

Ensure meter rooms are unlocked during the scheduled visit window. Provide the latest utility invoice and, if applicable, tenant allocation rules or lease clauses referencing energy charges. Notify us of any known equipment changes — chiller replacements, EV charger additions, extended construction loads — before the read date.
